Our Guarantees

When you work with AI Equity, we build your AI services agency and supply the operator team that helps run it. We back that with four guarantees, set out in plain English below.

1. Positive ROI guarantee

This is our headline guarantee. If your agency hasn't produced a positive return on your investment within the guarantee period, we will refund your investment. The length of the guarantee period, the conditions that apply and how ROI is measured are set out in your agreement, and we walk you through them on your strategy call before you sign anything.

2. 30-day build guarantee

We aim to have your agency at the agreed launch-ready state within 30 business days of your funds clearing. If it isn't there by then, we keep building until it is, at no extra cost to you.

3. No royalties, no franchise fees

We don't charge royalties on your sales or ongoing franchise fees. Instead, we earn a flat profit share on each deal your agency closes. That means we only get paid when your agency gets paid.

4. 100% ownership

The business is yours. The business entity, client contracts, clients, brand and domain are all held in your name, not ours.

This page is a plain-English summary. The exact periods, conditions, ROI measurement and claim process for each guarantee are set out in your signed agreement. If anything on this page differs from your signed agreement, your signed agreement applies.
